Seven real sessions
Every case below was run live against the real orchestrator. The agents are real, the deliberation is real, and the artefact at the end is what you'd get if you'd brought the same problem yourself. Press play and the session walks itself, agent by agent, in about forty seconds.
Want to run your own decision through the panel? That's the next thing we're building. For now, the demo plays back real prior sessions; live runs are gated to design partners. Ask about a slot.
How it works
You write the problem in plain language and add the context the panel needs to be useful: constraints, what you've already considered, what's at stake.
Up to four advisors weigh in: a strategist, a technical advisor, a stakeholder advocate, and a Devil's Advocate whose only job is to attack the consensus.
One page. Options weighed, where the panel disagreed, what to do, how confident they are, and the one question worth answering before you commit.
Frames the decision, names trade-offs you're making, looks for the second-order effect you might miss.
Assesses feasibility, lists the implementation risks honestly, and proposes a path if you proceed.
Names who carries the cost of this decision, who carries the benefit, and where the asymmetry matters.
Reads the others' positions, finds the strongest counter, names the load-bearing assumption everyone shares but no one defended.
